A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for eight months and by imprisonment for six months.
However, the Defendants are subject to this.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Defendant A
A. On May 1, 2014, the Defendant violated the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (joint injury) around 01:00, at the school corridor No. 8 of “F” in the sixth floor of the building in Kimhae-si, Kimhae-si, and the victim’s face at the time was taken one time against the victim’s face and the Defendant’s face at the time.

On May 1, 2014, at around 01:0, the Defendant: (a) placed the face of the Victim H (26 years of age) on the 6th floor of the Kimhae-si building at around 01:0, the Defendant 201: (b) placed the victim’s h (26 years of age) in a ball door, etc. for about two weeks of treatment; (c) placed the victim’s face, eye, chest, etc. in a drinking and knee-free room; and (d) placed the victim K (26 years of age) on the part of the victim’s hume, kne-si and kne-si, with approximately two weeks of treatment; and (e) placed the victim K (26 years of age) on the hallway’s humbbuck to the upper part of the said humbbuck, broken out the above humbing part, and let the humbuck to the left part of the K humbuck.
