1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 214,731,687 and the interest rate of KRW 12% per annum from January 24, 2019 to the date of full payment.
Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. On May 30, 2017, the Plaintiff: (a) sold 15,722,00 won in 315,72,00 for 16B 6, 26DB 1, and 16B HS 2) to the Defendant; (b) paid 31,072,00 won in advance from the Defendant on April 26, 2016; (c) paid 50,000 won in the first part payment until June 8, 2017; and (d) agreed to deliver 9,00 won in the second part payment until June 29, 2017; and (e) paid 134,650,000 won in the second part payment; and (e) paid 24 months after the second part payment; and (e) agreed to deliver 134,650,000 won in the second part payment to the Defendant.
(hereinafter “First Contract”). (b)
On July 20, 2017, the Plaintiff sold at KRW 206,558,00 a down payment of KRW 50,000 from the Defendant to the Defendant for KRW 7 (29DF 2, 16B HS 5). According to the entry in the sales contract (Evidence 3-2) dated 20, 2017, the said down payment was paid on July 14, 2017; however, in light of the fact that the date of the said sales contract was on July 20, 2017 and the said down payment was actually paid on July 20, 2017, the Plaintiff agreed to pay KRW 50,000,000 to the Defendant for the down payment of KRW 50,000 as of July 20, 2017, the said down payment was actually made on July 20, 207.

The Plaintiff received each of the following monetary amounts from the Defendant on the date indicated below, and delivered the Defendant the nine Kara team on June 2, 2017, and seven Kara team on July 20, 2017, respectively.
