A defendant shall be punished by a fine of 300,000 won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 60,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

At around 23:30 on October 13, 2012, the Defendant: (a) destroyed a computer monitor and three chemical parts equivalent to the total market value of KRW 960,000, which is the victim in the singing singing room, on the ground that the Defendant’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son.
