1. The Defendants are jointly and severally and severally liable to the Plaintiff KRW 25,962,834, and 5% per annum from August 25, 2016 to February 7, 2018.

The facts of the claim (1) around November 29, 201, the Plaintiff: (a) registered Nonparty D, the wife of which under the name of “E”; and (b) was engaged in the construction business; (c) the Defendants, on the ground of Gyeongnam-gun, the ownership of Defendant B, filed a contract for construction works under the name of “E”; (d) one unit (two floors, five hundred and fifty-eight square meters) of management Dong (one hundred and fifty-eight square meters) and three units (one hundred and twenty-eight square meters in total floor area) and five additional buildings (one hundred and twenty-eight.63 square meters in total of the above buildings); and (e) the Plaintiff provided the Defendants with each of the above construction works under the name of “E” as its agent; and (e) the Plaintiff provided the Defendants with the construction works under the name of “E,” and (e) provided the Defendants with the construction works under the name of “E,” and (e) provided the Defendants with the construction cost of the construction works under the name of “E” and the name of the Defendants.
