A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving cars and freight cars with Hansung 8.5 metric tons in violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes.
