Criminal facts

On October 4, 1994, the defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a maximum of 8 months in the same court on August 10, 1995, with prison labor for a special larceny, etc., with the same court on August 10, 1995, with the same court on January 21, 1997, with the same court on April 17, 1998, with the suspension of execution of 2 years in the same court on August, 198; on November 24, 1999, with the same court on October 8, 190; on June 16, 2004, with prison labor for a maximum of 10 months in prison for a special larceny; and on September 11, 2008, with the Busan District Court on September 11, 2008.

On August 12, 2014, the Defendant violated the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (thief) at the victim D’s house located in 104 dong 106, 106, 2014, around 01:5 on August 12, 2014, the Defendant invaded the victim’s inside the living room through the said apartment bedle window by using the difference in the victim’s own, and committed a theft with gift certificates of an amount equivalent to 290,000 won at the market price and cash 2,00,000 won from the shock margin of the victim’s handbags on the show, and had attempted to steals money and valuables by the same method over 168 times from May 11, 2012 to August 22, 2014, or had attempted to steals money and valuables.

2. Around 01:10 on August 22, 2014, the Defendant, without obtaining a driver’s license, driven a f-wing truck from the section of about 5 km to the 204 km-dong apartment of the 204 km-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City from the front city Eudio-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City without obtaining a driver’s license.
