1. As to the Plaintiff, with respect to Defendant B 2,211/19,485 with respect to the portion of 737/1,299 square meters out of 129 square meters prior to YY I, Defendant C, and the same.

1. On January 3, 1997, the Plaintiff purchased real estate as stated in the Disposition No. 1 from the deceased J on January 3, 1997, but failed to complete the registration of ownership transfer as farmland.

Accordingly, the plaintiff seeks implementation of the ownership transfer registration procedure against the deceased J's heir. 2. Grounds for recognition

(a) Defendant C, D, E, or F: Judgment by deeming confessions (Articles 208(3)2 and 150(3) of the Civil Procedure Act);

(b) Defendant B, G, and H: Judgment by public notice (Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act)
