A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act;

A. B. C. Around 18:00 on August 31, 2015, the Defendant abused the victim, on the ground that the victim D(the age of 45) who had been around the week was drunkd in the Burd tree park, and was boomed on the ground that the victim D(the age of 45) was clicked, boomed twice with the victim’s hand, and boomed the victim’s neck by hand.

At around 16:00 on September 5, 2015, the Defendant, without any justifiable reason, abused the victim E (the 57-year-old age) who was a person in the surrounding area while under the influence of alcohol in the said Burine Park, and assaulted the victim, such as the victim’s her block at approximately four times, and the victim’s blick with the second hand.

E. At around 16:00 on September 7, 2015, the Defendant dived the victim E, who was under the influence of alcohol in the immediately preceding butane park, on the ground that the victim E, who was under the influence of alcohol, did not drink, and the Defendant assaulted the victim, by hand, by drinking the victim’s breath with the victim’s hand, at a time when the victim’s bucks, and by re-kicks

F. On September 7, 2015, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol in the central market tree park located in Gangnam-dong 61, Gangnam-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City on September 7, 2015, on the ground that the victim F (the age of 54) would go against the Defendant, but, by hand, damaged the victim into the upper bed and down the victim’s neck with the left hand.
