1. The Defendants are jointly and severally and severally liable to the Plaintiff for KRW 196,068,115 and KRW 165,413,793 from June 27, 2017.
Reasons
1. The grounds for application for the indication of the claim are as shown in attached Form;
(2) Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act (amended by Service by Public Notice) shall apply mutatis mutandis to the case where a “creditor” is deemed a “Plaintiff” and “debtor” is deemed a “defendant.”
