1. Defendant A

A. The Defendant is a person who was the representative director of Gangwon G and H “H” farming association from around December 2005 to December 31, 2013.

On January 15, 2013, the victim I-gun of Gangwon-do selected Gangwon-do as a subsidy program of 150,000,000 won (the national subsidy of 50%, military subsidy of 50%) each year for the purpose of supporting leisure activities and healthy old age of older persons in rural communities. The above project is implemented by the method of granting subsidies through local real history after receiving a project plan from the head of the village and the public officials in charge of the I-Gun Agricultural Technology Center affiliated with the I-Gun Agricultural Technology Center after the completion of the project. The defendant tried to collect the difference after receiving a partial subsidy for the purpose of raising the cost of the elderly community's musical equipment purchase, etc., which cannot be disbursed as the above subsidy program. Accordingly, the defendant was at the I-Gun Agricultural Technology Center located in Gangwon-do on April 23, 2013, at the National Agricultural Technology Center of KRW 150,000, KRW 100,000, KRW 50,000, KRW 100,000,00.

“After the submission of a project plan, the Defendant submitted a project plan. On May 30, 2013, at the office of the above Agricultural Technology Center, the Defendant submitted a first application for subsidies of KRW 33,802,00,000 in total, including KRW 8,581,00,00 in the project cost for seeding for fireworks, KRW 5,775,00 in the project cost for the installation of a village publicity seat, KRW 5,75,00 in the project cost for the installation of a gas safety breaker, and KRW 8,206,00 in the project cost for the installation of a farm stop, which demands the granting of KRW 33,802,00 in the aggregate of KRW 8,206,00 in the project cost for the installation of the farm stop.”

On December 4, 2013, the Defendant continued to do so at the office of the said Agricultural Technology Center.
