Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 7,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 04:10 on September 5, 2012, the Defendant driven a DNA-free vehicle under the influence of alcohol concentration of approximately 20 KK from the upstream-dong in Ansan-si to the road in front of the Suwon-si Kumdong-gu, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, with a volume of approximately 20 KK at approximately 0.137% of alcohol level.

2. Violation of the Road Traffic Act (Incriminary Measures after Accidents) the Defendant driven the above vehicle under the influence of alcohol as above at the above temporary crossing, and driven the three-lane of the shooting distance in front of the Kugnam apartment at Suwon-gu, Sugwon-si.

In such cases, a person engaged in driving of a motor vehicle shall not drive a motor vehicle while normal driving is difficult due to influence of alcohol, and has the duty of care to prevent accidents in advance by safely driving the motor vehicle, such as reporting the traffic situation well, accurately manipulating the steering gear, etc.

Nevertheless, the defendant is negligent in doing so and is proceeding.

The 3gs of street trees in the upper right side of the running direction conflict with the front part of the Defendant's driving vehicle.

The Defendant, by such occupational negligence, destroyed threegs of street trees equivalent to KRW 3,688,474, and did not immediately stop and take necessary measures and left the site.
