1. The Defendant’s KRW 90,000,000 as well as 30% per annum from September 30, 2008 to July 14, 2014 to the Plaintiff.
Reasons
1. Indication of claims: To be as shown in attached Form of claims;
(2) Articles 208 (3) 2 and 150 (3) of the Civil Procedure Act (in the case of a judgment of confession), the creditor shall be deemed the plaintiff and the debtor.
3. If so, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff 90,000,000 won with 30% per annum from September 30, 2008 to July 14, 2014, 25% per annum from the next day to February 7, 2018, and 24% per annum from the next day to the date of full payment, so it is so decided as per Disposition.
