Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 6,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On October 5, 2009, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine for violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) at the port branch of the Daegu District Court on October 5, 2009 and the same court on September 1, 2010.

On September 24, 2014, at around 00:20, the Defendant driven a Bnish-do car from around 400 meters away from the road front of the island village town located in the two east-dong at one port in one of the two east-gu at one port to the road front of the Dong-dong located in the same dong-dong.
