A shall be punished by a fine for negligence of KRW 1,000,000, and by a fine of KRW 500,000.

A is a director of the Development Cooperative, and Defendant B was a member of the Development Cooperative, and around 20:20 on May 21, 2012, as a member of the Development Cooperative, and was dialogueed as a redevelopment problem on the front side of Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu.

1. Defendant A: (a) walked a victim’s B (50 years of age, in the course of 50; (b) walked a knife; (c) knife a knife a knife a knife a knife a head; and (d) knife a knife a knife a knife a knife a knife a knife, and

2. Defendant B assaulted the victim by drinking his face, 4,5 fat, fating fat of the victim A (the 47 years of age, the remaining fat of the victim).

However, in full view of the circumstances of this case and the acts of Defendant A, etc., which can be recognized by the above evidence relations, the facts charged of this case can be sufficiently convicted, and since the above acts of Defendant A cannot be viewed as legitimate acts or self-defense, the above assertion is rejected.
