A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

결국 피고인은 위와 같은 업무상과실로 피해자 C에게 약 2주간의 치료를 요하는 요추 염좌의 상해를, 피해자 E에게 약 2주간의 치료를 요하는 경추 염좌 등의 상해를, 위 E이 운전하는 갤로퍼∥ 승용차의 동승자인 피해자 G(46세)에게 약 6주간의 치료를 요하는 전방십자인대의 부분파열 등의 상해를, 같은 동승자인 H(19세)에게 약 2주간의 치료를 요하는 요추 염좌 등의 상해를 각각 입게 하였다.
