Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[Criminal Justice] On April 18, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment with prison labor for larceny at the Suwon District Court on April 18, 2012, and completed the execution of the sentence in the Ansan Prison on November 23, 2012.

1. On September 11, 2013, at around 17:38, the Defendant: (a) withdrawn 700,000 won in cash from a new bank store store located in Dobong-gu Seoul, Dobong-gu, Dobong-gu, Seoul, the Defendant: (b) made a theft; (c) then, the Defendant was forgotten that the Victim C had opened the cash 70,000 won on the cash payment date; and (d) then stolen the Defendant’s personal information.
2. Fraud and the Defendant violated the Specialized Credit Financial Business Act, around September 11, 2013, purchased one stringer (i.e., 1,800 won at a market price) within the G convenience store operated by the Victim F in Dobong-gu Seoul, Seoul, as if the Defendant was the lawful holder of the said stringer Card which was stolen under paragraph (1). The Defendant presented the card and received property amounting to the sum of 1,800 won at the market price from the victim.
From September 12, 2013 to September 17:36, 2013, the Defendant: (a) by deceiving the victims, as shown in the separate sheet of crime, thereby acquiring a total of KRW 253,300, respectively; and (b) used a stolen liquid card, respectively.
around 17:00 on August 6, 2013, the Defendant: (a) requested the victim I and its employees to refund the gap that has been neglected to monitor the other victim I and its employees at the Hasan-gu Masan-dong 447, Masan-dong, Changwon-si; (b) 2 punishment on the uniforms of the NC Line (White color, military blue color) and 36,000 won at the market price of the other victim’s ownership; and (c) 2 punishment on the uniforms of the NC Line ( military blue), one of the 36,000 won of the market price, “the purchase was three to four days before it was returned”; and (d) an employee in the name of the defendant refused to refund the difference on the ground that he did not receive the receipt.
