The punishment of the accused shall be determined by a year of imprisonment.

However, the above sentence shall be executed for a period of two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant is not a narcotics handler.

1. On November 15, 2015, at around 04:10 on November 15, 2015, the Defendant shared money with C with C to purchase Metectop ctop ctop ctop ctop 301, which is located within AB at Asia-si, and the Defendant shared KRW 1.50,000 by sharing KRW 50,000 with KRW 50,000 and purchased Mectop ctop ctop ctop c top c tophers.

2. The defendant's sole criminal conduct;

A. On November 15, 2015, the Defendant: (a) received 100,000 won from C, upon request from C to request for understanding merptians; and (b) received 1,000,000 won from D in front of AC cartels located in AB in AB in AB in AB in AB in Asia at around 04:00 on the same day; (c) received 1,000,000 won from D and 1.5g of merptians.

After that, the Defendant arranged to sell and purchase the Mept AE bath in the south-gu AD, Nam-gu, South-gu, Seoul, for approximately 1.5g of the above Mept AE bath at around the same day.

B. On November 15, 2015, at around 05:00, the Defendant injected approximately 0.05g of Mept AE bath at the Defendant’s home located in Nam-gu AE bath in Nam-gu, Nam-gu, Seoul, into a single-use injection machine, and injected with water into the following arms.
