A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

피고인은 2019. 3. 7. 22:55경 인천 남동구 B아파트 C동 앞 주차장에서, “술 취한 사람이 쓰러져있다”라는 112신고를 받고 출동한 인천논현경찰서 생활안전과 D지구대 소속 순경 E으로부터 귀가할 것을 요구받자, 위 E에게 “씨발 새끼들!”, “알아서 찾아서 데려다줘!”라고 욕설을 하면서 손으로 위 E의 몸을 밀치고, 팔꿈치로 위 E 가슴을 1회 쳐 폭행한 후, 위 E이 계속해서 귀가를 종용하자 욕설을 하면서 다시 손으로 위 E의 몸을 밀치고, 인중을 1회 때려 폭행하였다.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties concerning the handling of report cases and the maintenance of order by police officers.
