Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

No automobile which is not covered by mandatory insurance shall be operated on a road.

From around 2014, the Defendant owned Cump trucks, but did not purchase mandatory insurance. On March 17, 2015, the Defendant operated dump trucks on the front of the pump officetels located in Busan Metropolitan City, Busan Metropolitan City, on the road around 11:50.
