A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On May 208, 2008, the Defendant made a false statement to the effect that “I will complete payment until I want to perform funeral services” to the victim at the victim D’s house located in the 201st century, namely, “I will complete payment until I want to do so. I want to do so until I want to do so.”

The defendant deceivings the victim as above, and he obtained cash 3 million won from the damaged person, i.e., the victim, and acquired it by fraud.
