A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

If the transferee of the vehicle does not pay the lease fee, while grasping the location of the vehicle, the Defendant is responsible for the vehicle.”

As above, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim as above, obtained the above NAS car from the victim and acquired it by fraud.
