Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant paid 700 million won interest per month on credit card loans, bonds loans, etc., and paid 700 million won interest per month, and even if he/she borrowed money from the victim, he/she did not have any intent or ability to pay 4350 million won per month, such as having to deposit 10 million won amount in the 10.5 million won amount.
