The defendant's appeal is dismissed.

1. The main point of the grounds for appeal is that the sentencing of the lower court (a fine of three million won) is too unreasonable.

2. The judgment of the court below is based on the fact that the defendant led to the confession of the crime of this case and reflects the depth thereof, and that the defendant is the primary offender, but the defendant does not reach the agreement with the victim and does not take measures to recover damage, and other circumstances such as the defendant's age, character and conduct, family environment, and criminal record relations do not seem to be excessively unreasonable.

3. Thus, the defendant's appeal is dismissed in accordance with Article 364 (4) of the Criminal Procedure Act on the ground that the defendant's argument is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
