Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, with respect to Defendant B and C, each two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

[criminal history] Defendant A was sentenced to two years of imprisonment by the Daegu District Court on June 12, 2014 due to a violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents, etc., and the execution of the sentence was completed by the North Korean Vocational Training Institution on July 4, 2016.

[2] On April 8, 2017, the Defendants: (a) heard the rumor that Defendant A was about to rape the Victim G (26 years of age) who was in a matrimonial relationship with the Defendant from F, one’s own wife, and (b) sought a statement that Defendant A would have attempted to rape the Defendant G (26 years of age) in a matrimonial relationship with the Defendant; (c) Defendant B, C, and D was able to have the Victim G returned to the Defendant G in the future of the Victim G’s residence with the Defendant B, C, and D.

Defendants: (a) in collusion, at around 01:20 on April 9, 2017, in front of the residence of the victim G located in Sinsan-si; (b) Defendant B, C, and D, in front of the residence of the victim G; (c) in front of the victim’s body, they see the victim’s body, which was being able to enter the victim’s body in front of the house; (d) Defendant D, who was able to look at the victim’s body in front of the house; and (e) Defendant B and C, who was able to look at the victim’s body with the view of the view of the lock-gu room, which was cited by Defendant D; (e) Defendant B and C, were able to look at the victim’s body in front of the victim’s body; (e) Defendant A, B, C, and D were able to walk up the victim’s body with the victim’s body, and (e) Defendant B and C continued to walk the victim’s body with the victim’s body and its face.
