Defendants shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

In the event that the Defendants did not pay the above fine, the Defendants did not pay the fine.

Punishment of the crime

No person who intends to use public property shall use or benefit from public property without obtaining permission from the head of the relevant local government.

1. The Defendants’ joint crime did not obtain permission for use of and benefit from the president of the C bathing beach, a public property from the Gangnam-si Mayor. From June 14, 2015 to June 16:36, 2015, the Defendants received KRW 20,000 from the back of the C bathing beach located in Gangnam-si Do for 30 minutes from the back of 17:06, and leased 30,000 won to E (the remaining age of 48) and then, from around 16:0 on July 4, 2015 to around 16:30,000, from around 16:0 to the end of 16:30,000 of the C Bath’s property, the Defendants received KRW 30,500 for each of the above 30,000 for customers G (the age of 50,000 for 15,000 for 30,000 for 10,000.

2. Defendant B, who is engaged in the lending business of ATV Rotobane (one-name shots) at the back of the C bathing beach located in Gangseo-si, did not obtain permission from the Gangseo-si mayor for the use of and profit from C bathing beach sand, which is an administrative property, from around 14:50 on September 29, 2015 to around 15:20 on September 29, 2015, the Defendant used or profit from C bathing beach, which is an administrative property, by taking 30,000 won from the above back of the sand beach and lending 1,000 out of the lato.
