1. All appeals by the Defendants are dismissed.

2. The costs of appeal are assessed against the Defendants.

Purport of claim and appeal

Reasons

1. The reasoning for the court’s explanation as to the instant case is as stated in the part of the first instance court’s judgment in addition to “the amended part” under Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act, and thus, the same shall be cited in accordance with the main sentence of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act.

2. Parts to be dried;

A. On the third page of the judgment of the first instance court, “Defendant A” (hereinafter “Defendant A”) is deemed to be “A” (hereinafter “A”). On the third page of the judgment of the first instance court, both “Defendant A” and “Defendant B” are deemed to be “A” and “Defendant B” of not more than the third page gambling and “Defendant B” respectively. (c) On the fifth page of the judgment of the first instance court, the “transfer registration of ownership as stated in paragraph (2)” is sought.

The registration of transfer of ownership in paragraph (3) shall be deemed to be the "registration of transfer of ownership in paragraph (8)", and the "registration of transfer of ownership in paragraph (3)" shall be
