Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Death or Injury caused by Dangerous Driving) is engaged in driving B K5 cars.

On August 3, 2015, at around 20:25, the Defendant driven the above vehicle while under the influence of alcohol of 0.162% of alcohol content, and started from the mountain intersection for repair in the Hongsung-gun of Hongsung-gun, Hongsung-gun, Hongsung-gun, the Defendant entered the intersection bypassing the epoch epoch parallel from the direction of the forest industry at a speed of not more than 10K to the red direction.

On August 3, 2015, the Defendant, at around 20:25, driven B K5 cars while under the influence of alcohol concentration of 0.162%, starting from the Hongsung-gun Hong-gun Hong-gun Hong-gun Hong-gun Hong-gun Hong-gun Hong-gun Hong-gun Hong-gun Hong-gun Hong-gun Hong-gun, with a distance of about 4km up to the 0.162%.
