Punishment of the crime

The Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for larceny, etc. at the Seoul Eastern District Court on May 16, 1978; on June 13, 1980, the Seoul Central District Court sentenced two years to imprisonment with prison labor for larceny, etc. at the same court on April 7, 1993; on September 4, 1998, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment with prison labor for larceny, etc. at the same court on April 27, 2004; and on May 25, 2010, the Defendant completed the execution of the sentence on September 20, 2013.

[2] On November 18, 2016, the Defendant: (a) at the 3rd parking lot of the 294 official sports park at the city of Jungcheon-si, 14:30, the Defendant: (b) discovered and had previously been in possession of the victim C a DNA car owned by the victim C; and (c) destroyed the glass window by inserting it so long as it is hard to the lower lower left door of the said car; and (d) attempted to steal the inside, but did not find any things to be stolen; (c) attempted to steal, from around 11:18 on May 17, 2015 to around 13:0 on March 7, 2017, the Defendant attempted to habitually steals the victims’ property for ten times or attempted to steals, as indicated in the attached list of crimes.

On May 25, 2010, the Defendant was sentenced to four years of imprisonment for a crime of violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (thief) at the Suwon Franchisium on May 25, 2010, and completed the execution of the sentence on September 20, 2013.

[2] From March 19, 2016 to around 12:26 of the same day, the Defendant used stolen credit cards by inserting the current E card in the name of the former E in a cash automatic payment machine and withdrawing a total of KRW 1.5 million from the cash service site at the king-si's point located in Annyang-ro 238 from March 19, 2016 to around 12:26 of the same day.
