1. Basic facts

가. 1차 고소사건 원고는 2010. 10. 4. 수사기관에 ‘성명불상자가 원고의 컴퓨터에 불상의 방법으로 9개의 어댑터를 설치하고 위 어댑터를 이용하여 원고의 컴퓨터에 접속하여 원고의 개인정보를 침해하였다.’라는 내용으로 고소하였다.
