Around May 4, 2018, the Plaintiff was diagnosed by D Council members as “Ath upper-tier malicious Organisms ( disease classification number C73), hair, face, and scambling scam (C77)” and “Athromatic scams (C77),” and received a scambling surgery on April 30, 2018, and a scambling surgery on May 17, 2018.

Accordingly, the Plaintiff claimed insurance money under the insurance contract of this case to the Defendant, and the Defendant paid only KRW 6,00,000 to the Plaintiff for the diagnosis of Gap's cancer (C73).
