A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

[Criminal Records] The Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years on September 2, 2016 by the Busan District Court on September 2, 2016 due to a violation of the Road Traffic Act (non-licensed driving), and the probation period becomes final and conclusive on September 10, 2016.

[Criminal facts] The Defendant was kept in custody of CKa car registration number plates owned by the Defendant on the grounds of the failure to pay fines for negligence related to automobiles from the head of Busan Northern District Office. The Defendant removed and stolen a car registration number plate attached to another person’s car, and attempted to operate the car by attaching it to his own car.

On May 7, 2016, the Defendant: (a) returned the mV, which sets the car registration number plate in front of the car in front of the ISpo-si owned by the victim J, and removed it at the underground parking lot of the BY 90-ri, Yangyang-si, Yangyang-si, Yangyang-si, Yangyang-do, Yangyang-do, 100, in his hand; and (b) removed it.

Accordingly, the defendant stolen the victims' property.

2. No person in violation of the Automobile Management Act shall detached the registration number plate and seal attached to a motor vehicle, except where permission is obtained from the Mayor/Do governor or where special provisions exist in other Acts;

Nevertheless, the defendant is the Busan Metropolitan City Mayor or the Busan Metropolitan City Mayor, which is the competent authority, at each time and place described in paragraph 1, as described in paragraph 1.
