A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant received the purchase price of KRW 104,575,00 from the victim to a G account in the name of the Defendant on the same day, and fraudulently acquired it.

When a worker retires, the employer shall pay the wages, compensations, and other money or valuables within 14 days after the cause for such payment occurred.

Provided, That the date may be extended by mutual agreement between the parties in extenuating circumstances.

Nevertheless, the Defendant did not pay wages of KRW 27,978,200 to workers who were employed from July 1, 1993 to October 31, 2015 at the above workplace within 14 days from the date of retirement without agreement between the parties on the extension of the due date.
