Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

Where the defendant does not pay the above fine, one day shall be 10.

Punishment of the crime

No person who has not been accredited as a inseminator shall establish a massage place.

On June 30, 2014, the Defendant established a massage place in the trade name of “C” on the eightth floor of Busan Jung-gu B building, and thereafter, from that time to June 5, 2019, the Defendant run the massage place business by taking the method of pressure on face, face, bridge, etc. against customers who employed an employee not qualified as a massage operator and visited the said place by hand. In return, the Defendant run the massage place business by collecting treatment fees of KRW 55,00 to KRW 165,00 in return.

As a result, the Defendant established a massage treatment facility without obtaining the recognition of qualification.
