Punishment of the crime

On March 5, 2014, at around 21:50, the Defendant publicly insultingd the victim by publicly insulting “C” and “A serious dispute due to the lack of payment of money” among three persons, including D, and fluencing fluencing alcohol in Seo-gu Incheon, upon receipt of a report, the Defendant sent to the Seobu police station Edistrict of Seo-gu Police Station, which was called “A serious dispute due to the lack of payment of money” to prevent the Defendant.
