Punishment of the crime

On September 28, 2016, the Defendant, without a driver's license of a motor vehicle on September 11:35, 2016, operated a car of approximately 100 meters from the IC of the Seocho-gu Seoul National Highway Down-gu, Seocho-gu, Seoul National Road Down-gu to Busan direction.
