Reasons
1. The Plaintiff, with the indication of the claim, purchased the right to sell the C Apartment C apartment 103 and 803 from the Defendant and completed the registration of ownership transfer on January 5, 2005. On January 21, 201, the Suwon-si District Court deposited KRW 3,441,740 with the Plaintiff or the Defendant as the principal deposit on January 21, 201 and deposited KRW 3,441,740 with the refund of the school site charges related to the said real estate as the principal deposit. Recognizing that the Plaintiff has the right to claim payment on the said deposit money.
2. Articles 208(3)1 and 257(1) of the Civil Procedure Act, which hold a judgment without holding any pleadings.
