Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a dump truck.

On June 29, 2017, the Defendant driven the above truck on around 17:02, and moved to the right bypass a three-lane adjacent road, which is located in the direction of the main road, south-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-do

Since the place is a road with a central line, a person engaged in driving service has a duty of care to operate safely by accurately manipulating the brakes, steering devices, and other devices on the right side of the central line.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected this and caused negligence to drive the instant truck on the front side of the said truck, and caused the victim C(72) who was driving the instant truck on the lower side of the Jincheon-si, which was going to the lower side of the said truck, to the right side of the Dwing Motor Vehicle (72).

Ultimately, the Defendant suffered injury to the victim, such as cutting the body copy of the inside, which requires approximately seven weeks of treatment due to such occupational negligence.
