Punishment of the crime
[criminal records] Defendant A was sentenced to four years and six months of imprisonment on April 28, 2017 to the violation of the Act on Fraud, Door-to-Door Sales, Etc., and the Act on the Regulation of Similar Receiving Acts, and the judgment becomes final and conclusive on September 21, 2017. Defendant B was sentenced to two years of imprisonment at the Busan District Court on May 3, 2012 by committing a violation of the Act on the Regulation of Fraud and Similar Receiving Acts, etc., and the execution was terminated at the Busan District Court on May 18, 2013. On November 30, 2016, Defendant A was sentenced to two years of imprisonment on September 21, 2017.
Defendant A, as an operator of Q, R, and S, a private company that received high-income from an unspecified number of private enterprises that received illegal multi-level investment funds from an unspecified number of individuals, comprehensively takes charge of investment explanation, receipt of investment funds, and fund management. Defendant B, as the president of T-Chairperson and R-affiliated private U.S. Co., Ltd., Ltd., and the president of R-related private corporation, and issued a false payment guarantee under the name of a foreign bank that guarantees investors more than six months' profits in relation to R, and Defendant C, as an operator of Q-related business from July 2015 to Nov. 2015, as an operator of Q-related private enterprise.

Defendants A and B conspired with each other to commit joint crimes, from September 2015 to January 2016, the victim X facts in the first floor of the building in Gangnam-gu Seoul, Seoul, the headquarters and the fourth floor of the “R” branch office in the Busan, Busan, J. Busan, located in the fourth floor of the building in the Seoul, are “Y” but there is no Y in the attached list of crimes (1). However, there is no Y in the attached Table No. 1, the said attached Table No. 1 re-victim was changed to X.
