1. The plaintiff's claims against the defendants are all dismissed.

1. Basic facts

A. On December 4, 2013, J and J concluded a land lease agreement with the purport that approximately KRW 20,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 (hereinafter “the ginseng field of this case”) of forest land, including South Won-si, Nam-si, and the term of lease, shall be from January 1, 2014 to December 31, 2018.

B. Around December 2013, the Plaintiff and the Plaintiff entered into a contract (hereinafter “instant contract”) with the term “the Plaintiff supervised the instant ginseng field’s soil control work, and received KRW 10 million from I, with the payment of KRW 10,000,000,000.”

C. Pursuant to the instant contract, the Plaintiff supervised the quality control work of the instant ginseng field from February 7, 2013 to January 20, 2014. From February 3, 2014 to October 2014, the Plaintiff engaged in the instant ginseng field operation, etc.

On March 25, 2014, L and I entered into a ginseng distribution agreement (hereinafter “instant business agreement”) with the purport that “The instant ginseng field is cultivated in the same trade, but L shall invest a total of KRW 500 million in the cost of cultivation, and I shall manage and cultivate the ginseng field of this case.”

L invested KRW 250,000,000,000 owned by L at the time, and KRW 250,000,000,000,000,000 to I, and thereafter, invested KRW 500,000 by remitting the sum of KRW 250,000 to I.

F. L was killed on August 10, 2017 (hereinafter “the deceased”), and the Defendants are heirs as L’s spouse or children.
