5.6. 21:25 around 21:25: (a) the police officer of the Jung-gu Seoul Central Police Station D, a police station affiliated with the police station of the Seoul Central Police Station, who was dispatched to the scene after receiving 112 report that the Defendant laid down the rash cutting machine and the standing signboard in Seoul Central District, reported to confirm the circumstances of the instant case to the reporter by the said 112; and (b) the said police officer stated that “the said police officer ought to be treated as the lap, the lap, the lap, the lap, the lap, the lap of the said police officer at two times.”

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties by police officers on the handling of 112 reported cases.
