Criminal facts

Some of the facts charged were corrected.

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a NAS car.

No driver of any motor vehicle shall change course when it is anticipated to impede normal traffic of other motor vehicles running in the direction to which he/she intends to change his/her route.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, at around 12:05 on June 23, 2019, driven the said four-lane car and proceeded along the three-lane road in front of the west-gu Seoul metropolitan area with the lower distance of the straight distance from the lower parallel of the Defendant’s vehicle located in the two-lane (35 years old) but did not turn the direction, etc., changed the course to the two-lane, while driving the said three-lane vehicle, without turning the direction, while driving the said another vehicle on the fourth-lane road and driving the said another vehicle on the fourth-lane road, without turning the direction, led to the Defendant’s change of the course into the fourth-lane road, thereby repeatedly threatening or endangering the violation of the obligation of prohibition of change of course, or causing danger to traffic.

Article 59(1) of the Criminal Act of the suspended sentence violates the duty of prohibition on change of course two times in order to circumvent a bus stopped on the front bank and to make a right right at the intersection of the front bank, and it is difficult to see that the degree of traffic danger caused by such driving act is very heavy, and the defendant admits and reflects the error.
