Punishment of the crime

On May 16, 2016, the Defendant driven a B SP motor vehicle within a section of approximately 1 kilometer from the Franchisium to the front of the Franchisium located in the Gu Council-si from the Franchisium to the Flusium located in the Gu Council-si, from the Flusium of the Gu Council-si, while under the influence of alcohol content of 0.134% of alcohol during blood transfusions.
