1. The Defendant shall pay the Plaintiff KRW 100,000,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from July 13, 2018 to the date of full payment.

Reasons

1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;

2. Judgment without holding any pleadings (Article 208 (3) 1 of the Civil Procedure Act);

3. The damages for delay by 15% per annum shall be calculated from the date following the sentencing date of the judgment, which is not “the day following the delivery date of a duplicate of the complaint” (which shall coincide with the purport of the claim and the reasons for the claim).
