1. All of the plaintiffs' claims are dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit are assessed against the plaintiffs.

1. Basic facts and relevant statutes;

A. The Defendant, whose business purpose is real estate sales business, sales agency business, etc., was to divide and sell the building in Daegu Dong-gu (hereinafter “instant building”) into divided stores around the beginning of the beginning of the year 2015.

B. Accordingly, the Plaintiffs entered into a sales contract with the Defendant to purchase the sectioned stores of the instant building (hereinafter “each of the instant stores”) as indicated below (hereinafter “instant sales contract”) and paid all the sales price (hereinafter “instant sales contract”). The Defendant completed the registration of ownership transfer for each of the instant stores as indicated below.

The Plaintiff’s separate contract date for the transfer of ownership No. 430 million won on October 27, 2015 (No. 430 million won on March 10, 2015, No. 500 million won on March 4, 2015, Q C 1.60 billion won on March 6, 2015, No. 3050, Nov. 1, 2015, No. 1/400, No. 1/500 on April 1, 2015, No. 3050, Nov. 1/201, 2015; No. 1/500, Nov. 4, 2015; 1/500,000 won on April 49, 2015; No. 13050, Nov. 25, 2015; 300,000 won on April 1, 2015.

On October 18, 2015, the Defendant completed a pre-use inspection on the instant building and obtained approval for use. At the time of approval for use, the Defendant installed an emergency passage to move from each of the instant stores to corridor and stairs within the boundary wall partitioninging the space between the stores adjacent to each of the instant stores, but thereafter, the emergency passage was removed by the Defendant from the end of November 2015 to the end of December 2015.

After the defendant's removal of the above emergency passage, part of Q head of each of the instant stores is used for the business of the four-day store, "Z", and S heading is again used for the business of the four-day store.
