1.The judgment of the first instance shall be modified as follows:

(1) Defendant A shall pay KRW 900,000 to the Plaintiff, and this shall apply to the Plaintiff.

1. On March 8, 2010, the Plaintiff entered into an insurance contract with the Defendant A as the insured (hereinafter “instant insurance contract”). The Plaintiff entered into an insurance contract with the same content as the attached Form as the insured (hereinafter “instant insurance contract”).

Since then, on June 27, 201, the policyholders and beneficiaries of the instant insurance contract were changed to Defendant B, who was the dynamics and colons of Defendant A, as well as Defendant B, again changed to C on August 29, 2014.
