Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[criminal power] On July 31, 2009, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment for a violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (a crime of injury by collective action, deadly weapons, etc.) in the Goyang Branch of the Jung-gu District Court on the ground that the Defendant completed the execution of the sentence in the Ansan Prison on June 24, 2010.
[2012 Highest 2873] The Defendant borrowed approximately KRW 80,000,00 from a lending company, etc. by stealing the name of a type C, and used them as entertainment expenses, etc., then forged gift certificates, and aided to raise money by exchanging them in cash.
1. Accordingly, the defendant, for the purpose of exercising, has forged Chapter 84 of the New World Gift Certificates for New World Issuance of Securities Co., Ltd.
2. The Defendant, at around 17:00 on June 26, 2012, issued KRW 500,000 (2), KRW 100,000 (6) to the victim, who is aware of the forgery at a merchandise coupon sales office operated by the victim E in front of Seodaemun-gu Seoul, Seoul, that is, “to sell a new world merchandise coupon, to exchange money except for fees, in cash,” and to deliver the forged merchandise coupon 5,00,000 (6) as if they were actually issued.
