1. The Defendants shall jointly and severally pay to the Plaintiff KRW 52,879,820 as well as the interest rate from June 15, 2017 to the date of full payment.
Reasons
1. The Defendants bearing the indication of the claim did not pay KRW 52,879,820 to the Plaintiff even though they were supplied with steel materials, etc. from the Plaintiff in around 2016, while jointly operating a metal processing manufacturer called “C”. Thus, they are jointly and severally liable to pay the said money to the Plaintiff.
2. Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act of each applicable provision of Acts.
