A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for four months.

However, the execution of a sentence shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

In collusion with the above name Buddhist boxes, etc. on October 8, 2015, the defendant had been ordered to open an account under the name of the above corporation after receiving the letter of delegation from the above name Buddhist boxes, etc. on the front of the point of training of the Incheon National Agricultural Cooperative No. 188, 16,000 in Yeonsu-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Yeonsu-gu, Incheon, and applied for the opening of an account under the name of the above corporation. The defendant applied for the opening of an account under the name of the corporation Eul after entering the above Incheon National Agricultural Cooperative New Training Branch.
