A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 11:40 on February 8, 2014, the Defendant violated the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (collective assault, deadly weapons, etc.) committed assault against the victim C (here, 50 years old) on the ground that the victim C (here, 50 years old) was running a business at an unauthorized street store in front of the place where the Defendant was carrying out funeral services with her duty, on the ground that he/she was carrying on the business at which he/she was carrying on an unauthorized street store in front of the place where he/she was carrying on funeral services.
