Punishment of the crime

On July 10, 2016, at around 22:52, the Defendant driven a B-co-owned truck under the influence of alcohol concentration of about 0.098% at a section of about 18km from the 18km to the front road of the Gacdae-dong, Busan, which is located in the Guchodong-dong, Busan.
